Does it come with alcohol, or use pods?
Neither — no pods, no cartridges, no subscription, ever. You fill the six canisters from your own bottles: spirits, fresh juice, mixers.
Do Barbot, Collins or the recipe library cost extra?
No. The Barsys app is free and the full library is included — Collins and Barbot compose new recipes at no charge. No subscription, ever.
How accurate is each pour?
Every measure is calibrated and repeatable. The 360 pours the recipe exactly the same way, first drink to fortieth.
Can I use carbonated mixers?
For maximum fizz we recommend building the drink from the canisters and topping with soda at the glass — the app's recipes call it out where it matters.
How does cleaning work?
The app walks you through rinse cycles whenever you swap what's loaded, and a deeper clean when you change categories — no disassembly, no plumbing.
What are the dimensions and weight?
44.09 cm long × 20.39 cm wide × 43.03 cm high. About 10 lbs empty. Solid enough to stay put on any counter.
What size glass fits under the spout?
Any standard glass or cup centered beneath the dispensing outlet. No adapter required — the 360 is designed for whatever glass you prefer.
How long does cleaning take?
A few minutes per station. The app’s Station Cleaning walks you through a two-step rinse — water, then the included cleaning solution. No disassembly required.
How long does a pour take?
10–30 seconds for most recipes, depending on the number of ingredients.
What warranty and return policy applies?
One-year warranty, 30-day returns. If anything is not right, contact us at contact@barsys.com.
One-year limited manufacturer warranty. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which include a 30-day right to reject faulty goods (s.20) and rights to repair, replacement or refund thereafter. You also have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — model cancellation form.
